What do your wedding packages include?
Your wedding day is unique, and there's no one-size-fits-all approach. We let you choose the options that matter most to you and tailor a package that perfectly fits your wedding. That way - whether it’s live streaming, videography, or photography - you’re only paying for what you’re truly excited about!
how does it work if we book multiple services?
It’s the best! Instead of scouring the internet for three separate vendors, we take care of everything for you and you can feel confident knowing you have a team that works well together and has a consistent style. Dale and Lydia will be onsite along with any other members of the Married Livestream team needed to help your day run smoothly.
How and when will we get our stuff?
LIVE STREAMING: The online recording of your live stream is available same day and we provide you with a downloadable recording within 1 week.
WEDDING FILMS: Our timelines vary based on when you’re getting married but, as a rule of thumb, we try to deliver your Wedding Trailer within a few weeks and your Wedding Film in the following season (Summer weddings delivered in the Fall).
PHOTOGRAPHY: We’ll give you around 10-20 sneak peaks within 1-2 days of your wedding with the full gallery available within 6-8 weeks (most likely sooner).
What’s needed to reserve our date?
We require either a 50% non-refundable retainer or the full amount (depends on your package) and a signed contract to reserve your date. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks before the wedding. We accept cash, check, debit, and credit cards. Also, we can be a little flexible if you need a custom payment schedule.
What happens if we need more hours?
We will NEVER leave you hanging on your wedding day. If you would like us to stay longer, we charge an hourly rate and ask that payment is provided before any photos or videos are delivered.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
By reserving your date, we are saying “no” to other couples who may be interested. If you cancel completely, you will be refunded however much you’ve paid minus the retainer which is non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, no worries! We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date and be flexible. If your new date is more than a year out, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee.
How does live streaming work?
We capture your wedding using multiple, professional video cameras (usually 3-4) and switch between them to make sure everything is captured perfectly.
We can also incorporate your DJ’s audio or use our own microphones so family and friends can hear every special moment loud and clear.
You also have the option to include additional services like a Digital Guest Book, Virtual Guest Interviews, 4K recording and more!
what if my venue doesn’t have Wi-Fi?
We have hotspots from every major US carrier along with cellular bonding technology that allows us to combine multiple hotspots together. We have NEVER been unable to live stream due to lack of connectivity.
How does music work for the wedding film?
Music for our wedding films is found on musicbed.com and most couples defer to our creative preference. If you have a vibe in mind, feel free to browse musicbed.com and send us a few options so we know what style you like :)
Can we get ALL the footage in addition to an edited video?
Yes! One of the add-ons to our base videography package gives you all the footage we’ve captured through the day minus any shaky or unusable shots.
How is audio captured and incorporated?
Sound is really important to us. We can get sound from your DJ, a venue’s sound system, or just bring our own microphones. Whatever the setup, we always make sure you can be heard crystal clear.
How do meals work? Do you ever eat?
Yep:) we ask that food be provided during the reception or that we’re given an hour to leave and grab food. We also ask that we’re given the same food that you and your guests are being served. In terms of timing, we eat when you eat to make sure we’re not missing out on any of the major moments of the day.
Can random people on the internet see my live stream?
Nope. We provide you with a private streaming page that is visible only to those with whom you’ve shared the link.
