What to know about drone footage for your wedding
Drones are becoming more and more common across a lot of different industries, including the wedding scene. They are so efficient and effective that the FAA expects that about 823,000 drones will be flying around the United States in 2023.
Given their ability to provide a new perspective and unique angles, it’s not surprising that photographers and videographers are starting to incorporate drones into their work to separate themselves from the competition.
Here’s what you need to know when thinking about drone footage for your wedding:
They won’t kill the vibe
There are a lot of benefits of using drone video, but being subtle is definitely high on the list. With the help of this device, you can get aerial shots and motion shots while being undetected by the wedding guests. Nowadays, drones can capture great photos and videos without disrupting the event. Unlike traditional photography and videography, a drone can simply fly from above while snapping photos of the festivities without creating any sounds or physical obstructions. This way, your guests don’t feel like they have a camera in their face, and you get to watch the event from a bird's eye view once you look at the clips.
It adds to the cinematic-ness
One of the main reasons couples like drone footage is because they see their wedding in a completely different way. Nothing gets “oohs” and “ahhs” like seeing an epic sweeping drone shot of the wedding venue and surrounding landscape. A drone shot provides a fuller perspective, so you get to see the entire place and all the weddings guests at once. These shots alone are already impressive, but good videographers can take the footages that they’ve captured and integrate it into the wedding film without being over-the-top or distracting. Used correctly, drone footage helps add to the cinematic experience and provides a more dynamic view of the wedding.
You can get in on the action
Drones can seem daunting, but they’re very easy to learn and could save you money by renting a drone rather than paying for drone photography. Since there are a wide variety of drone cameras available, you can choose one based on the price range and features. Just consider the megapixels, sensor size, and focal length to make sure you get high-quality pictures and videos. If you go the DIY route, we recommend assigning a friend or family member to fly the drone so you can focus on the wedding… just make sure you pick a responsible one so that your device will be in good hands!
It complements traditional photos and videos
Drone photography definitely has its perks, but it’s only the icing on the cake. It should not be treated as a replacement for traditional photography or videography, which has been a staple in weddings for a good reason. Though drones provide an added pizazz and perspective, traditional photos and videos show the emotions and the story of your big day from eye level. When you put these two elements together, you get a complete depiction of your memorable experience from different angles and perspectives.
Our team uses drones for all of our wedding films, and you can learn more about how we use them to tell your unique story by clicking below and getting in touch.
7 ways to make your small wedding more intimate
Small weddings can still be big. In fact, intimate weddings are no less special than bigger ones.
Intimate weddings are on the rise because of the ongoing pandemic and their popularity only proves that nothing can stand in the way of celebrating love.
But how do you prepare an intimate wedding that will be remembered forever? Here are 7 tips:
#1: Include more people in the ceremony
If you have a limited guest list, consider assigning roles so all your guests can participate directly in the ceremony. For instance, you can ask one of your closest friends to read a line at the ceremony, or have all your guests surround you while you exchange your vows.
Also, take the time to dine and chat with your guests after the ceremony, too. This will make your guests feel like their presence is appreciated and that your wedding would not be the same without them.
For guests who have not been invited to the ceremony, consider sending a personalized wedding announcement to inform them of your upcoming union. Better yet, consider streaming your wedding so that guests who can’t attend the ceremony in person can still join virtually. And for a special touch, send wedding favors to the virtual guests so they can join in the wedding festivities.
#2: Make a creative seating plan
Take inspiration from your living room or your favorite cafe when designing the seating at your wedding. Spread out the chairs and think of a design you can easily reassemble, say, for an afterparty or cocktail night. Not only will your guests feel cozy, but they will also have more chances of interacting with each other meaningfully.
#3: Personalize everything
With a short guest list, it is possible to personalize almost everything you’ll use in the wedding. Handwritten invitations and escort cards have a very personal and heartwarming feel to them. The wedding decorations, food, and the music at the wedding should reflect you and your partner’s taste. In fact, you can tell your love story through your choice of music and food. Keeping your wedding intimate frees up a bulk of your time and budget, so you can indulge in the details.
#4: Choose a memorable venue
Speaking of details, your wedding venue is one of the most important elements that affect the look and feel of your special day. Though small weddings are usually set in remote destinations, recent travel restrictions have kept weddings domestic. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t be creative. Choose a local spot that marks a milestone in you and your partner’s relationship, like the restaurant where you had your first date. If not, you can always have a home wedding, book a pretty and comfy Airbnb, or get married at city hall. Any of these options can work as long as it’s relevant to your wedding theme and your story.
#5: Show off your fashion sense
Another good way to tell a story is through fashion. The traditional white wedding theme is used in America, but it takes a lot of inventiveness and effort to stand out if you choose a theme that has been around for ages. Brides can consider using short wedding dresses, or getting a dress in their favorite color. Grooms can also be experimental in their choice of fabric, cut, and color. Having a small guest list gives you license to take some fun risks with your wedding clothes.
#6: Give unforgettable gifts
A welcome gift for all your guests won’t be extravagant if you’re hosting a small wedding. So, go on and put items that you and your partner love. Consider adding your favorite wine or snacks. You can also incorporate items from the locale. If your wedding is happening on the beach, you can include a beach-ready kit. If the wedding is not in the neighborhood, consider adding a map and city guide. Plus, you can even put an itinerary or activity list so guests can fully enjoy their stay. Consider eco-friendly packaging, like simple brown paper bags or reusable canvas tote bags.
#7: Plan fun activities for your guests
Since you’ll only be inviting your friends and family, ensure that your guests have a wonderful time by planning activities. Number one should be taking creative wedding photos with all the guests. After the ceremony, you can offer the microphone to anybody who would like to share a message, poem, or song for you and your groom or bride. Get your guests comfortable and active by initiating small group games, too. Whether your wedding venue is a campsite, beach resort, or house, there are bound to be activities that you and your guests can enjoy and bond over.
Final thoughts
There are many ways to make your micro wedding fun and inclusive and at Married Livestream we’re focused on making it as inclusive as possible.

How to use INSTAGRAM to plan your perfect wedding
Planning a wedding can be a stressful experience, especially if you’ve already had to plan and reschedule your wedding due to COVID.
You have to find the right venue, book your vendors, put together a guest list, figure out a theme and color palette.
Sheesh!
But luckily there’s a tool that helps make this planning process a little less arduous.
Instagram is a visual-driven platform that has become the go-to destination for couples trying to envision what their wedding could look like.
And with so many florists, cake shops, and designers promoting their products and services on social media, it’s a great place to get inspired!
Here are 4 ways you can use Instagram to plan your perfect wedding.
#1 Create a “collection” of posts for inspiration
Instagram has this neat feature called a “collection” where you can save posts and compile pictures you’d like to reference later.
Just like Pinterest, you can create boards to categorize your saved photos, which makes it incredibly easy to share your inspiration with people who are helping plan the wedding.
Plus, you're the only one who can view your collections, so you don’t have to worry about your friends judging your dress before you’ve even bought it :)
#2 Use hashtags to narrow down your search
If you’re looking for something specific, the best way to find it is through hashtag searches.
According to this guide to Instagram hashtags, there are different types of hashtags that help attract like-minded people to things they’re interested in.
If you’re searching for hashtags related to the wedding industry, you can search for something as simple as #weddingphotographer.
If you’re simply in need of inspiration or ideas, you can also search for hashtags such as #weddingcake, #weddingdress, etc.
You can get more specific and try searching #rosebouquet instead of #weddingbouquet, or #lasvegaswedding instead of just #destinationwedding.
Try using hashtags that are both generic and unique, you never know what you’ll find!
#3 Get tips from influencers and wedding brands
Aside from scrolling through hashtags, following Instagram accounts dedicated to wedding planning can give you a lot of ideas, and you can see what concepts are actually doable.
For instance, Galia Lahav is an account for wedding dresses where you can find beautiful designs to help inspire your own dress.
Meanwhile, Nisie Vorachard is a floral and event designer, and her profile is filled with gorgeous bouquets and table settings.
If you’re working within a limited budget (aka pretty much everyone), you can check out The Budget Savvy Bride for tips to avoid breaking the bank.
There are a lot of wedding creatives on Instagram who can help you stay motivated and creative as you plan your wedding.
#4 Reach out to vendors you like
You can find a lot of artists, brands, and creatives on Instagram who use the app to build their network and find work opportunities.
Pay attention as you scroll through your feed because you never know when the perfect photographer or florist is local to your area.
You can also narrow down your search to local vendors by searching via location or using hashtags as well.
For instance, you can search #californiaweddingphotographer or #losangelesflorist.
Don't hesitate to reach out and say hi!
Final Thoughts
Just like Instagram is a powerful tool that can supercharge the planning process, live streaming is another powerful tool for including all of your family and friends who can’t be there in person.
Instead of worrying about your guest list and who can/can’t come, you have the peace of mind knowing that everyone will be included and nobody will miss a thing.

The BEST way to MULTI-STREAM your wedding
If you’re going the DIY route for live streaming and want to include ALL your virtual guests, you need multi-streaming.
The Challenge
If you’re taking the “DIY approach” to live streaming your wedding, you probably want to include ALL your guests right?
The entire point of live streaming is to incorporate friends and family who can’t be there in person, whether because of COVID or some other reason, but getting folks to join your live stream can be an enormous undertaking.
No matter how many reminders you send, how many RSVPs you receive, it’s incredibly easy for guests to lose track of time and miss the wedding entirely.
So what’s the solution?
The Solution
Well, if you can’t get guests to come to you, then you go to them!
Thanks to the brilliance of modern technology, we can now do something called “multi-streaming” which essentially means streaming to multiple locations at the same time including:
Facebook (for those guests who never check email)
YouTube (for those guests who never check Facebook)
Twitch (for those guests who are constantly gaming)
This allows you to include all of the friends and family you’ve accumulated over the years even if they are geographically and digitally dispersed across the world.
But multi-streaming can be a complicated endeavor because all these different locations want to be the “one platform to rule them all”.
They want to monopolize your time and they hate sharing time with anyone else, a bit like a jealous boyfriend.
This means it’s not as simple as going live through Facebook, switching apps, then going live through YouTube.
You need to outsmart them …. with technology!
There are entire companies who are dedicated to the cause of helping you multi-stream your event and provide a bunch of features that make the process a breeze.
What to look for
If you’re going the DIY live stream route, here are some things to look for in a multi-stream provider.
Ease of use: You want something that is easy to set up and operate. Live streaming can be complicated and the more complexity you reduce, the better off you’ll be.
Cost: Especially if you’re only planning to live stream your wedding, you don’t want to break the bank on a multi-stream provider. You want the service who will provide everything you need at the lowest cost.
Support: Tech companies nowadays do everything through AI and bots, which can be infuriating when you’re trying to get an answer to your question. Most of the time, when you can get a human helping you troubleshoot, you’ll be better off.
Best options
Don’t have time to do all the research? No worries, we’ve done it for you :)
We’ve scoured the internet and here are the best solutions we’ve identified.
Each provides a similar service, but with some very important differences that could make your break your live streaming experience.
Let’s run each of these options past the criteria we put forth above to see how they stack up against each other.
1.Melon
Melon is a strong up-and-comer in the multi-stream space and they’re quickly making strides to become the hottest game in town.
Ease-of-use: Melon prides itself on having a simple user interface compared to other competitors like Restream. It’s designed so that your average Joe can get up and running without having a degree in computer science.
Cost: While Melon does have a free version, we would recommend going with the Pro version which is only $15/month. It will give you all the features you need without breaking the bank or locking you into a long-term commitment.
Support: Melon gives you support from an actual person! Praise the Lord! If you’re running into issues you can talk with a human being and they’ll get you up-and-running. Seems like such a basic thing, but so helpful.
2.Restream.io
Restream is a long-time player in the multi-streaming space and they are commonly used by folks with a little bit of experience in the live streaming space.
Ease-of-use: Restream is a bit like killing a mosquito with a cannon ball. It has a lot of awesome features that you will probably never use and will most likely get in the way of you actually having a good live streaming experience for your wedding. Complexity is the enemy of execution and this is especially true with regard to your wedding day.
Cost: For a similar feature set as Melon, you’re going to be paying a whopping $49/month which is a hefty price tag if you’re just planning to stream a single event and not use half the features they provide. They do have a $19/month option, but this gives you far less features than Melon.
Support: We couldn’t find anything that mentioned user support, either during the stream or prior. It seems as though they’ve provided a knowledge base and chat window on their website, but their features don’t mention troubleshooting or support of any kind.
3.Castr.io
Castr is a fan favorite among professionals, especially those who have a lot of experience live streaming to multiple destinations.
Ease-of-use: Castr has many good qualities, but simplicity is not chief among them. Even looking at their website is disorienting and they throw out terms like “multiple ingest” and “platform toggling” … which make no sense to 99% of people. And their service is not the easiest to get started with either unless you’re familiar with live streaming and know what you’re doing.
Cost: Here’s the good news. For most of the features you’ll need, Castr is only going to cost you $15/month which is substantially less than Restream and on par with what you’d receive from Melon.
Support: More good news! Castr provides 24/7 support via live chat with their representatives. They don’t mention phone support but talking with a person in-general will give you peace of mind that you’re not on your own.
Conclusion
If you’re looking for a simple, cost-effective way to live stream your wedding to multiple destinations then we would recommend Melon. They are fast, easy-to-use, and won’t bog you down with all the bells and whistles that make the other platforms overly complex.
If you’re looking for a more robust solution, then you might explore something like Castr, Restream, or even some other options like Streamyard but we wouldn’t recommend this for most couples trying to plan a virtual wedding.

Combating the coronavirus with live streaming
Has your guest list been impacted by the coronavirus? Do you have elderly friends and family who can no longer attend because or travel or health restrictions? There is a solution! Learn how live streaming can help you include remote friends and family on your special day
With the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, many couples are either rescheduling their wedding or limiting the number of attendees. Now, more than ever, we believe couples should seriously consider live streaming their wedding for guests who can’t attend in-person.
Here are a few of the reasons why:
Rescheduling will require a lot of coordination with your guests and vendors (as well as money potentially) that you hadn’t accounted for.
Guests who are planning to attend in-person often orchestrate their work or travel schedules to attend weddings and may not be able to attend your new wedding date.
Live streaming provides a friction-less way to include elderly guests who can’t risk either traveling or being exposed to large groups of people.
Here are some of the ways we can help
We stream the wedding live from multiple cameras so your guests always see the most important moments from the best angles.
We connect to your sound setup (DJ, sound board, or mics) so that your guests can hear everything in high definition.
We provide a full recording of the live stream immediately following the wedding so guests can watch the whole thing even if they live across the world (or can’t tune in live).
We create a customized streaming page with a link to your registry so remote guests still have the opportunity to purchase you a gift on your wedding day.
We have the option to display on-screen text that introduces members of the bridal party for those who may not know them personally (ex. Allen Wilson, Brother of the Groom, Best Man).
We have many different videography options that you can combine with live streaming to help tell the story of your day, both for yourselves and people who can’t be there.

The 5 biggest wedding video mistakes (and how to avoid them)
Want to maximize your chances of receiving an amazing wedding video? We break down the most common mistakes we’ve seen couples make and give practical advice on how to avoid them.
A highlight video is one of the best ways to remember all of the special moments from your wedding day. It should tell a compelling story and allow you to feel like you were there.
To help prepare you for your wedding, we compiled the 5 most common mistakes that we’ve noticed over the years and give you practical advice for how to avoid them!
Mistake #1: Not sharing expectations in advance
A Videographer’s job is to create a beautiful memory of your day, but that does not mean they will capture footage of everything and everyone.
Many couples will ask for specific shots AFTER the wedding only to be disappointed that the videographer doesn’t have it.
Don’t let this happen to you!
How to avoid:
Communicate in advance about particular moments or people you want in the video.
Share your day-of schedule to make sure the videographer can plan for those moments.
Connect your videographer with your wedding planner so they can get the shots without needing to ask you directly
Mistake #2: Not considering audio
Audio is half of the viewing experience for people at the wedding and friends/family watching the video later.
Despite this, audio is typically an afterthought among a sea of other things clamoring for your precious time.
Good audio is almost NEVER noticed, but bad audio almost ALWAYS is.
A good videographer will be prepared for every scenario, but you want to remove any surprises to make sure you receive the best wedding video possible!
How to avoid:
Hire a professional DJ and connect them with your Videographer in advance.
Ask your Videographer how they plan to capture audio and if they have a backup plan.
Invite your Videographer to the rehearsal to do a sound check.
Mistake #3: Setting too low of a budget target
There is a simple rule we follow when advising couples about their budget:
“Pay the least amount of money that gives you everything you want”
Seems simple right? But so many couples struggle with this and here’s why.
Most couples get too focused on finding the lowest price and not on what they want, which often leads to regret after the wedding.
Here are some of the most common shortcomings we’ve noticed when couples get too focused on low price over the value they get.
Not receiving the wedding video for a REALLY long time
Not receiving the wedding video at all
Relational tension or hurt feelings (when hiring friends or family)
How to avoid:
Make a list of the things you absolutely want to remember, then find a Videographer who’s willing to capture those things within your budget (instead of shopping for the lowest price and asking if they do those things).
Ask your Videographer if they can be flexible with payments and offer to pay part of the amount AFTER the wedding once your wallet has recovered.
Put wedding videography on your registry to allow friends and family to contribute toward a Videographer who might be above your current budget.
Mistake #4: Not allocating enough time
Videography can require a decent amount of set up, depending on what you want filmed.
Couples often consider photos into their timeline of events, but many times will forget to factor in video which can cause hiccups in your wedding day schedule.
How to avoid:
Ask your Videographer to review and provide input on your day-of schedule in advance.
Connect your Videographer with your Photographer and Coordinator in advance.
Double check that your day-of timeline allows for all the special moments you would like captured (see Mistake #1).
Mistake #5: Saving videography until the last minute
Many couples will plan all aspects of their wedding, but wait until the absolute last moment to book videography.
This can have a huge impact on your budget because you may find the perfect Videographer who fits within your price range, but discover they are already booked, which can put an unexpected dent in your budget OR force you to set lower goals for what you want filmed.
How to avoid:
Book as far in advance as possible to maximize your chances of getting the content you want within a budget you can afford..
Read our blog about how to choose your perfect wedding videographer to help shortcut the searching process.
Consider moving your wedding date if you REALLY love your videographer and have some flexibility regarding the timing.
In conclusion…
It’s impossible to prevent everything that may happen, but there are simple steps you can take to set yourself up for success.

3 TIPS TO MAXIMIZING ANY WEDDING SHOW
Wedding shows are one of the best ways to speed up the wedding planning process. Whether you just got engaged or are deep in the planning weeds, we have a few tips to make the most out of any wedding show.
Wedding shows are one of the best ways to speed up the wedding planning process. Whether you just got engaged or you are deep in the planning weeds, we have a few tips to make the most out of any wedding show.
1.Make a game plan
Creating a strategy is the best way to maximize your time and avoid getting swept away with the crowd.
The biggest question you need to ask yourself is:
“What stage am I in the planning process?”
Am I …
Just starting = your primary objective is information gathering. You don’t need to do as much research in advance because you’re looking for ideas not decisions. Make sure to talk with a LOT of vendors and avoid spending all your time with vendors from one category (e.g. only talking with photographers).
In the thick of it = your primary objective is narrowing down options. Research the vendors in advance and spend the majority of your time talking with vendors in categories you haven’t chosen yet, but also keep your eyes peeled for creative ideas you hadn’t considered.
Nearly done = your primary objective is making decisions. We recommend doing a LOT of research beforehand so you know exactly which vendors to target. Wedding shows are the perfect way to see if you resonate with someone on a personal level and if they are a good fit for your wedding. Focus intently on finishing your remaining items then explore and look for options you hadn’t thought of yet.
2.Bring the right tools
Having the appropriate tools in your toolbox can make the entire wedding show experience EXPONENTIALLY EASIER and turn you into a lean, mean, decision-making machine.
Here’s what we would recommend
A tote bag = most wedding shows will provide you with a bag of some sort, but not all. Also, sometimes they’re small and can’t carry all of the cards, flyers, and freebies you’ll pick up along the way. Get something with a little heft that you can carry throughout the day.
Contact stickers = vendors need a way to get in touch with you and a lot of them will do some sort of giveaway for providing your contact information. By creating a small sticker that has your name, fiance’s name, phone number, email, and wedding date you will skip the writer’s cramp and speed up the process.
Walking shoes = whether it’s for the show or just so you have something to change into afterward, your feet will thank you for giving them reprieve from the heels or dress shoes you’ve forced them into.
3.Ask good questions
Many vendors have been in the industry a long time and have a wealth of information at their disposal. By asking the right questions, you can maximize your output from the wedding show.
Here are some of the best questions to ask...
Is there a [insert vendor type] you would recommend I talk with?
The wedding industry is highly relational and vendors refer other vendors who they have enjoyed working with and who make their life easier. You can determine high quality vendors by asking this question to multiple people and see if their answers overlap.
Do you have any promotion for booking within the next few days?
Vendors are looking to fill up their calendars quickly and, many times, will offer special deals for people at the wedding show (even if it’s not advertised). If you really like a vendor and know you’ll book them, don’t sit on it for a week - make the decision quickly and save yourself some money.
What are the biggest things I should be looking for in a [insert vendor type]?
For videography, we constantly tell people “find someone who can tell the story of your day”. For other vendors, I’m sure they would say something completely different, but by evaluating their response to this question you can have a more discerning eye when looking at other vendors in that category.
Here are some questions to avoid...
How much do you charge?
Typically vendors either have their prices listed on their website or can easily send it to you. Don’t waste your time trying to have them explain their pricing structure in the middle of a crowded space, rather determine whether you like the quality of their work and save the price conversation for a later time.
Do you have my date available?
This is another tactical question that requires the vendor to open their calendar and/or email to see whether they have any bookings or active requests. Also, they may get booked by the end of the wedding show and the question will have been a waste of your time.
How long have you been doing this?
Time is not an indicator of skill and all experience is not equal. Instead, ask for a sample of their work or ask if they have experience with your particular type of wedding. If the quality of work and price point is what you want, their tenure is irrelevant.
In conclusion …
Wedding shows are a fantastic way to shortcut the planning process and these tips are designed to help you get the most out of them.
At Married Livestream, we consider it a blessing to be a part of your wedding and want to be a blessing in return. If you have questions about videography, live streaming, or the planning process in general, send us an email at connect@marriedlivestream.com

HOW TO HACK YOUR GUEST LIST WITH LIVE STREAMING
Getting frustrated with your guest list? Learn how live streaming can help supercharge your planning process. | (guest list, wedding planning, live streaming, advice, engagement, married, couple)
Making your guest list can be a time-consuming and headache-inducing part of the planning process.
You’re trying to balance relational dynamics, financial constraints, venue size … the list goes on, and it seems like no matter what you do someone will be upset.
BUT DON’T WORRY!
With Live Streaming, you have a new tool in your arsenal and an ace up your sleeve.
Here are 5 ways live streaming can help you build a better guest list:
1. Save money
According to Business Insider, the average cost of a wedding is $33,391 and according to TheKnot the average wedding size is 136.
Some quick math tells me that’s about $245 per guest.
Obviously everyone’s wedding is different, but you get the point: weddings can be expensive
Here’s how live streaming can help
Step 1: Divide your list into “Definitely yes”, “Definitely no”, and “Not sure”
Step 2: Calculate the approximate cost of inviting the “Not sure” guests
Step 3: Determine if the cost of live streaming is less than that number
2. Include all your remote family and friends
Are there people on your guest list who desperately want to attend, but can’t due to factors outside their control?
Here are some of the biggest reasons we’ve seen for non-attendance:
Elderly guests can’t travel long distances easily
Timing of the wedding doesn’t align with work or other responsibilities
Financial constraints often limit traveling, especially for families
Here’s how live streaming can help
At Married Livestream we provide a high quality experience with multiple camera angles and quality audio
We also provide you with a full recording of the live stream immediately so guests who can’t watch the live stream directly can still watch it afterward
2. Eliminate venue constraints
There are two common stressors with your venue and guest list:
You want to invite more people than your venue can hold
You’re worried more people will attend than expected and you won’t have space
Here’s how live streaming can help
Provide a high quality live stream for guests who you’re on the fence about inviting
Prepare an overflow room where guests can watch the ceremony live stream if there isn’t space in the actual ceremony location
3. Avoid awkward situations
No family is perfect and there is almost always a challenging family dynamic to accommodate.
Sometimes it is impossible to NOT include someone and you need a creative solution.
Here’s how live streaming can help
Provide a compromise by personally inviting the guest to the live viewing instead of having them attend in person. Many times, they are also looking for an alternative way to show you support without making things uncomfortable and will be glad for the option.
5. Give your family a voice
Many times your close relatives (usually parents) have family or friends they want to include in the wedding
Regardless of the situation or relationship, saying “no” to can be hard, but live streaming provides a creative solution.
Here’s how live streaming can help:
Instead of saying “sorry, that person can’t come” you can say “we’d love to include them and invite them to the professional live stream we’re providing”. Having a live stream shows you care about the people who can’t be there in-person while also giving your family a way to include their friends.
In summary
Planning out your guest list can be stressful but we believe live streaming can help.
